The birth of a grandchild motivated me to improve myself physically but didn't know what to do nor how to do it correctly. I tried several trainers but didn't get the support and attention I wanted until I met Sara.
I shared my goals with Sara and she developed a challenging, dynamic plan and she has provided professional guidance and the scrutiny that I want and need.
Sara has been my trainer for more than two years and I am very happy with my progress physically and mentally. It all goes together.

My workout started with Sara Chapman mid January 2025. I was looking for someone that understood the needs of seniors and I found that with her.
In the past when I have used a personal trainer it was a one size fits all approach which doesn’t work for people that are older versus people that are younger. Sara starts with a interview to u understand YOUR GOALS then develops a program to help you achieve them.
After each session she provides a text in Notes detailing what you did each session so you can track your progress and work out on your own.
Already past few months, I have seen improvement in my posture and strength.
Sara is very friendly and makes working out fun. The time flys by.
I highly recommend the use of Sara Chapman.
