This is by far the best gym I’ve ever worked out in. Clean, well stocked, organized, and aesthetically gorgeous, it’s a great facility. Trainers are awesome! Music is never too loud and obnoxious like other gyms, and you really feel welcome here. Definitely recommend getting on with a personal trainer so you can experience a positive environment to achieve your goals in. 5 stars!

By far the best facility around. This new location is mint from the staff, to the equipment, to the facility itself. I would not hesitate to recommend Fitness 48 to anyone.

Incredible facility and amazing trainers!

Hands down one of the best gyms I have trained at. I've really enjoyed not having to workout in an overcrowed gym.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does training cost?
Each trainer at Fitness 48 is self-employed, so they each offer their own rates, plans and services, just as they each have their own training style.
On average, personal training ranges anywhere from $50/hour to $90/hour, depending on the experience, education, availability and other factors.
Is personal training important?
Changing your body is relatively simple, but that doesn't mean it's easy. Above all, a personal trainer provides accountability, which creates consistency. Over time, consistency is what ultimately delivers results.
How long are training sessions?
A personal training session can last anywhere from 30- to 90-minutes, with the average being around 50-minutes. However, it's important to keep in mind that the quality of a session is far more important than the length of it.
Can my trainer help with my diet?
Diet plays a critical role in any physical change you want to make. Each trainer has nutrition expertise to help you make the best decisions that keep satisfaction high while developing new, long-term habits.
How often should I train?
A major misconception is that it takes hours upon hours per week at the gym to see results. The quality of any session is far more important than its length. Your trainer will help you determine which route is best for achieving your goals with your schedule - and budget - in mind.
