I have been training clients for nearly 11 years and during that time I have refined my coaching to provide the best results, but more importantly, to do so while enjoying the process! I have been training with Abby for a few years and have never gotten the results with any other trainer. Her nutritional help has been amazing for me. I've had several injuries and with her functional training knowledge has provided workouts that compliment the PT program. BUT the most important thing I can say about Abby is she really cares about her clients from beyond the workout and really cares about what is happening within your life. She is more than just a trainer she really cares and has become a good friend.

I have worked with Abby for 4+ years. Prior to Abby, I could not commit to a workout routine that I could stick to long term given that I was traveling each week for work and have a busy lifestyle. With Abby, I was able to see my workouts on a calendar and move them around if need-be within the week. It was no different than moving around meetings/calls at work if I'm double booked or unavailable. She helped me see it as a weekly schedule and to plan ahead...and I LOVE a good schedule (virgo here). I especially love getting to check things off my "to-do" list, so even if I am not in the mood to workout, I am motivated to get one of my workouts crossed off the list.
Abby also individualizes the plans so I can never skip a set due to a hotel gym equipment or other factors (she even gave me body weight workouts to do for a catamaran trip). Best jet lag cure is a good sweat sesh. All my friends that join in on my workouts during vacays affectionately ask..."is this an Abby workout?" then for days we say "dang, Abby kicked my butt."
Abby has worked with me through shoulder surgery and a wrist fracture... making sure I could still workout even with limited mobility, which goes to show that she really takes pride in designing a workout for YOU and not a one size fits all approach to her clientele.
