I’m Sophia, the owner of Momentum Training. I started my own training company because, in my 10 years of working in the fitness industry I’ve seen far too many gyms, group exercise studios, and personal trainers give their clients random workouts when they come in without a real game-plan on how to progress. I’ve experienced firsthand that much of the fitness industry is hyper-focused on what you look like and profits from confusing its consumers when in reality, health, fitness and performance don’t have to be complicated. I’m here to prove that there is a healthy, more engaging way to incorporate training into your lifestyle.
